Your Yoga in Your Place
As Bricks & Mortar studios are in hiatus, it’s important to stay consistent with your Yoga practice. Not an easy thing to do if you are watching a video with no interface with your teacher. So join me in one of my live online classes to get the next best thing to a studio class – my sense of humor, alignment cues, and the knowledge you are practicing alongside other people.
I also offer private and group private classes either online or on location. So if you are planning a family and friends getaway, a bachelorette or bachelor party, or just want to do Yoga in your back yard, I’m your girl! Check out the Gallery page for wonderful memories of previous private Yoga classes I have led.
We can create something positive from whatever is thrown at us if we remember to be present, breath, and enjoy!
Join one of my live online classes to practice and stay connected. These are multi level classes as I offer various forms of poses to suit your practice. Choose from Gentle Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha Yoga.
Think out-of-the box with my pop-up classes focusing on isometric drills and advanced stretching techniques to strengthen, tone, and increase mobility.
You may want to continue your practice whilst traveling, learn the basics so that you can join a class, or take your practice to the next level. Private classes with me are tailored to your individual requirements.
I also offer Corporate Packages for one-off events or regular classes for your staff – a great motivator and stress buster.
So whether you are looking for a Vinyasa Flow, a juicy Yin class, or are looking for healing/pain relief I can help you.
Group Private Yoga
Yoga in a group is a great way to connect and have fun. Ideal for family/friend get togethers, bachelorette parties (and bachelor!), and special occasions.
Classes can be at your place or outdoor area, or at Go with the Flow Yoga studio. I am experienced in teaching to mixed groups so regular and not-so regular yogis can still have fun and enjoy the experience. Don’t worry, I can bring mats. Check out the Gallery page for memories of previous group events.
Finding a pose challenging or uncomfortable? Not sure why? Let me check you out, offer guidance on what may be hindering you in the pose, and work together to overcome challenges.
Pose Mentor sessions (20 minutes) can be for you alone, or a group of friends who want to work together on the same pose.
Practicing Yoga is a lifelong journey of dedication, learning, and acceptance. The dedication to come to our mat with an open mind ready to learn anew, and find acceptance for the idiosyncrasies of our individual body and practice accordingly.
All of us have different skeletal variations, so there is no one-size-fits all “alignment” cues. Understanding your body and how to find comfort in poses is the best gift you can give yourself.
To help with all of this I have created a series of videos and pop-pop classes that I think you will enjoy:
I am a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider), so you can add hours for your continued education if you are registered with Yoga Alliance.
